How do I book a flight?
Search for your route using the flight search on our homepage. Select your preferred flight, fill in passenger details, choose a payment method, and submit your booking. Our team will confirm and issue your ticket within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) for Ghana-based customers, Bank Transfer, and Bitcoin. Payment options are automatically shown based on your location when you sign up.
How long does it take to get my ticket?
Tickets are typically issued within 2–4 hours of payment confirmation during business hours. For urgent bookings, please contact us via WhatsApp for faster processing.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are manually verified by our team before a ticket is issued. We never store payment card details. For Bitcoin payments, we verify transactions on the blockchain.
Can I book without creating an account?
An account is required to make a booking. This allows you to track your bookings, view your itinerary, and manage your travel documents in one place. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute.
Flights
Where do you get your flight data from?
We use the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) — the same technology used by major travel agencies and airlines worldwide. This gives us access to real-time availability and pricing from over 150 airlines.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes! On the flight search, select "Round Trip" to see return flight options. You can also book two separate one-way tickets.
Do prices include taxes and fees?
The prices shown include all airline taxes and fees. We also add a small service fee (shown clearly before you confirm) to cover our booking and support services.
What if I need to change or cancel my flight?
Change and cancellation policies depend on the airline and ticket type. Contact our support team as soon as possible and we will assist you. Please note that change fees may apply.
Can I book flights for multiple passengers?
Yes. You can book for up to 9 adults on a single booking. Each passenger's details (name as on passport, passport number) will be required.
Hotels & Cruises
Are hotel prices per room or per person?
Hotel prices shown are per room per night, based on the listed maximum guest capacity.
How do cruise bookings work?
Select your preferred cruise package, choose the number of passengers, and submit a booking request. Our team will confirm availability and process your booking. Full payment is required to confirm your cabin.
Can I book a hotel without a flight?
Yes, hotel and cruise bookings are independent of flight bookings. You can book any combination.
Account & Support
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up Free" on the homepage or go to travel.brookeszurion.com/register.php. Fill in your name, email, and password. It takes under a minute.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I contact support?
You can reach us via the Contact page, by email, or on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is the fastest way to get a response, especially for urgent bookings.
Is TravelHub Global a licensed travel agency?
TravelHub Global is powered by Lugu Technology Limited. We operate as an online travel booking platform and work with accredited partners to issue tickets and confirm bookings.
